Does First Day Homecare provide support services outside of the home?

We want every patient to have the chance to leave home and attend school or events. Our caregivers are trained in mobile care and can travel with patients who require close supervision as they attend class or other activities.

How can I stay informed when my family member is receiving First Day Homecare services?

Our state-of-the art mobile app offers free family access, so you can easily see the caregiving schedule and any notes about how your loved one is doing throughout care shifts.

What if I am not happy with my services?

If you’re not happy with the services we’re providing, we want to know! Call our office to let us know what concerns you have. Our patients have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and the right to voice concerns about the care they are receiving.

Will the care workers in my home be supervised?

Yes!  All care staff assigned to work in your home will be supervised by a health professional in accordance with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) standards.
