All visitors will sign in upon entering the office. Sign-ins should include the date, time in, visitor name, and purpose of the visit.
Solicitors who do not have a scheduled meeting with the Agency should not be allowed beyond the reception area of the Agency, and should be asked to return once they have a scheduled meeting.
With exception to instances where visitors remain in the reception area only, all internal Agency administrative staff will be made aware when a visitor is in the office to ensure that confidential information is safeguarded from the visitor as needed.
Any visitors requesting to conduct surveys or audits where access to sensitive Agency information is needed will show a photo ID before being allowed access. The Agency Administrator will then provide authorization before confidential information is shared.
